Returns & Exchanges
At cabi, we want you to love your new wardrobe; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your cabi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization form is included inside the parcel to prevent processing delays.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided in the returns portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
